    CARTER IS THE BEST REALTOR OF ALL TIME. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANYONE ELSE. Over the course of two years Carter showed us dozens of houses. He never once tried to "sell" us a house. He gave great insights into the history of the properties we were interested in, or the attitude/ desire of the seller, but there was never an ounce of pressure. Only the patience and friendly disposition of someone who genuinely wants to help families get into a better situation. He was always kind, meeting us late into the evening, even on weekends, on many occasions.

    If you want a realtor that will go completely out of their way to help you find the perfect home Carter Pettit, is the person to contact! I cannot say enough good things about Carter! He worked with us so well to get us into the home that was right for us. He would meet with us at late times and last minute to show us houses, answer questions, and work with our crazy schedules! Carter is so kind, very handy, and extremely knowledgeable! He worked so hard to help us and we have had the BEST experience with him! I seriously cannot recommend him enough! He would knock on houses and ask if people were selling their home to try and find us the right one! We loved working with him and will 1000% be working with him again in the future!
